Using the Chat Service Effectively

  • Attach screenshots or files if needed to illustrate your question
  • Be patient if the facilitator needs a moment to respond
Tip: The chat service is available 24/7, but response times may vary depending on facilitator availability. For urgent issues, consider using the priority support option.

Chat History and Follow-up

  • All chat conversations are saved in your account

  • Continue previous conversations with the same facilitator when possible
  • Rate your chat experience to help improve the service
